The Complete Site Management

Building a home involves many phases.  The general contractor must be experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled in these different areas as well as building the home.

• Purchasing good land for a home site
• Clearing the site of trees, leveling, and landscaping
• Putting in the road or driveway
• Getting in the electrical lines
• Putting in a well or water system (well and sewer system only)
• And of course, the home itself

These are all involved in the place we call “HOME”

We have the ability to handle “Complete” site and project management.  We would actually prefer to be the over all management because that way the job will get done, and it will be done right.

LAND – HOME or CUSTOM

We have homes that are already built on sites in the area.  Or if you want a home built on your land, our team is available to start planning with you.  We will work closely with our architect and interior design team to make sure everything is “Just Right”.
